Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized family support plans using trauma-informed care principles
- Provide crisis intervention and counseling services for at-risk families
- Coordinate multidisciplinary case management with schools, healthcare providers, and legal partners
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments and outcome evaluations
- Lead community workshops on parenting skills and mental health awareness
- Maintain accurate documentation while ensuring HIPAA/FERPA compliance
- Mentor junior staff and advocate for systemic policy improvements
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work or related field (MSW required)
- LICSW licensure in Washington State
- 3+ years experience in child welfare or family services
- Certification in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
- Proven crisis intervention and de-escalation skills
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Fluency in Spanish or other community languages preferred
- Valid Washington driver's license and reliable transportation
