Responsibilities
- Oversee 3-5 premium restaurant concepts with combined revenue exceeding $15M annually
- Develop seasonal menus featuring sustainable, locally-sourced ingredients
- Manage $2M+ inventory and procurement across multiple venues
- Train and mentor 50+ F&B professionals to service excellence
- Analyze P&L statements to optimize profitability and cost control
- Implement digital reservation and CRM systems for 50K+ guests annually
- Collaborate with Michelin inspectors to maintain 1-star+ ratings
Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive F&B management experience in luxury hospitality
- Proven track record of achieving/beating revenue targets in high-volume venues
- Advanced certification from César Ritz or equivalent culinary institution
- Fluency in English with proficiency in Mandarin or Malay
- Expertise in Singapore's food safety regulations (HACCP/SFA compliance)
- Strong vendor negotiation skills with premium suppliers
- Data-driven decision making with restaurant management systems
