Responsibilities
- Strategic Calendar Management: Oversee and optimize the executive team's schedules, prioritizing tasks, blocking time for deep work, and managing meeting logistics.
- Travel Coordination: Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
- Meeting Excellence: Prepare briefing materials, take detailed minutes, and ensure all action items are tracked and followed up on.
- Document Control: Manage confidential documentation, create presentations, and draft correspondence on behalf of the executives.
- Project Management: Assist in the execution of special projects, from research and data analysis to project reporting and status updates.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives in a corporate or financial setting.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with CRM software.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.
