Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements with precision.
- Prepare and distribute high-level board meeting packages, including agendas, minutes, and reports.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Oversee administrative projects, including office relocations, event planning, and process improvements.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and integrity.
- Monitor office supplies and manage vendor relationships to ensure optimal workflow.
- Prepare correspondence, presentations, and other documentation as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive administration or a similar support role.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with impeccable grammar.
