Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritise complex calendars, scheduling meetings and handling confidential correspondence with the utmost discretion.
- Coordinate all domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and detailed itineraries.
- Prepare, edit, and proofread high-level documents, reports, and presentations for executive review.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, triaging inquiries efficiently.
- Organise and coordinate company events, meetings, and internal communications.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and filing systems for both digital and physical documents.
- Assist with budget tracking, expense reporting, and general office management tasks.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a senior administrative or executive support role (minimum 3 years preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional tone.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritise effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive company and executive information.
- Relevant qualifications in Business Administration or equivalent professional experience.
