Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate high-level executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, complex travel arrangements, and managing itineraries.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of senior management.
- Oversee office operations, including vendor management, inventory control, and facility maintenance.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Coordinate departmental meetings, take minutes, and ensure action items are followed up efficiently.
- Assist in special projects and ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in an executive administration or senior executive assistant role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
