Responsibilities
- Calendar & Travel Management: Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements with precision.
- Board & Client Support: Prepare and distribute board meeting agendas, take minutes, and prepare briefing packs for senior executives and clients.
- Office Operations: Oversee office inventory, manage vendor relationships, and ensure the executive suite is always fully stocked and organized.
- Communication Hub: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, filtering communications and escalating critical matters promptly.
- Project Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of company-wide events, conferences, and internal workshops.
- Reporting & Documentation: Compile data, prepare financial summaries, and maintain accurate electronic and physical records.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in an executive or senior administrative role within a corporate or professional services environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with C-level executives and external clients.
- Organization: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and maintain absolute confidentiality.
- Education: A-levels or equivalent qualification; Secretarial or Administrative qualification is a plus.
- Adaptability: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
