  • Calendar & Travel Management: Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements with precision.
  • Board & Client Support: Prepare and distribute board meeting agendas, take minutes, and prepare briefing packs for senior executives and clients.
  • Office Operations: Oversee office inventory, manage vendor relationships, and ensure the executive suite is always fully stocked and organized.
  • Communication Hub: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, filtering communications and escalating critical matters promptly.
