Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and internal appointments.
- Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of senior executives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, filtering and directing inquiries appropriately.
- Oversee office operations, including inventory management, vendor coordination, and facility maintenance.
- Organize and coordinate company events, team building activities, and corporate meetings.
- Assist in the drafting of internal policies and maintaining up-to-date filing systems.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and integrity.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a senior administrative or executive support role.
- Proven experience in a corporate or professional services environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively within a team.
