- Board meeting preparation and confidential document handling for C-suite executives
- Process optimization initiatives using Microsoft 365 and Asana platforms
- Travel coordination and expense reporting for international leadership team
- HR support functions including onboarding coordination and benefits administration
- Stakeholder communication management across departments and external partners
Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive administrative experience with Fortune 500 or equivalent complex organization
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and workflow automation tools
- Executive-level discretion and proven ability to handle confidential information
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field required
- Project management certification (PMP or CAP) preferred
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and vendor contracts
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with multicultural awareness
