Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange domestic and international travel.
- Draft, proofread, and distribute professional correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Screen and redirect incoming communications; handle confidential information with discretion.
- Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and facility maintenance.
- Assist with special projects and ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar clerical role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Relevant certification or degree in Business Administration is a plus.
