- Oversee complex calendar management, travel arrangements, and executive scheduling across multiple departments
- Manage document lifecycle from creation through archival, ensuring compliance with data protection standards
- Coordinate cross-functional projects, including vendor negotiations and budget tracking
- Implement and maintain digital filing systems with 99.9% accuracy
- Serve as primary liaison between departments and external stakeholders

Qualifications
