Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate complex meetings, and arrange domestic/international travel
- Prepare confidential documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Serve as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Oversee office supply inventory, vendor contracts, and facility maintenance requests
- Lead onboarding processes for new administrative staff
- Manage departmental budgets and expense reports with meticulous attention to detail
- Coordinate company-wide events and special projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of executive administrative support experience in a corporate environment
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with polished professionalism
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality
- Strong project management skills with ability to prioritize competing deadlines
- Associates degree or higher in Business Administration or related field
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and office management software
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced setting
