Responsibilities
- Plan and execute end-to-end corporate events for 50-500 attendees, including venue selection, vendor negotiations, and timeline management
- Manage event budgets up to $750K with meticulous financial forecasting and expense tracking
- Lead cross-functional teams including designers, AV technicians, and marketing specialists
- Develop innovative event concepts aligned with client brand identities and strategic objectives
- Conduct post-event analysis and deliver comprehensive ROI reports with actionable insights
- Maintain relationships with premium venue partners and vendor networks across the US
- Implement risk mitigation protocols and ensure compliance with safety regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate events management
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation preferred
- Expertise in budget management for large-scale events ($500K+)
- Proficiency in event management software (Cvent, Eventbrite, Bizzabo)
- Exceptional project management and multitasking abilities
- Strong vendor negotiation and contract management skills
- Portfolio demonstrating successful execution of 20+ events
