Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute 15+ premium corporate/luxury events annually with budgets exceeding $500K
- Lead cross-functional teams including vendors, venues, and creative partners to ensure flawless delivery
- Develop comprehensive event strategies aligned with client KPIs and brand objectives
- Manage complex logistics including transportation, accommodations, and vendor negotiations
- Utilize data analytics to measure ROI and optimize future event performance
- Oversee crisis management protocols during live events
- Train and mentor junior event coordinators to build team expertise
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive experience in high-end event production
- Proven track record managing events with 500+ attendees and $500K+ budgets
- Certification in CMP or similar designation preferred
- Expertise in virtual/hybrid event technologies (e.g., Hopin, Cvent)
- Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills
- Advanced proficiency in project management software (Asana, Monday.com)
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities under pressure
