Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, content, and social channels
- Lead a team of 3-5 marketing specialists and drive performance through data-driven decision making
- Optimize conversion funnels and manage multi-channel campaigns with $500K+ annual budget
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and marketing automation platforms
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives
- Drive brand awareness and lead generation through innovative content and influencer partnerships
- Stay ahead of industry trends and implement emerging digital marketing technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years of digital marketing experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven expertise in SEO/SEM, content marketing, and marketing automation (HubSpot/Marketo)
- Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable strategies
- Experience managing SaaS B2B marketing campaigns and pipeline generation
- Exceptional project management skills and ability to thrive in cross-functional teams
- Proficiency with A/B testing, CRO methodologies, and marketing attribution models
