You will own the end-to-end execution of large-scale corporate summits, experiential marketing activations, and exclusive gala dinners.

Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle for diverse corporate and experiential events.
- Manage high-level client relationships, ensuring vision alignment and expectation management.
- Oversee multi-million dollar event budgets, vendor contracts, and negotiation processes.
- Direct on-site operations, including technical production, dĂŠcor, catering, and guest logistics.
- Mentor junior event coordinators and interns to foster a culture of excellence and efficiency.
- Analyze event KPIs and post-event reporting to ensure continuous improvement and ROI demonstration.
- Develop innovative, brand-aligned concepts that push industry standards and capture audience attention.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Communications, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in corporate event planning or agency-side production.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale events (500+ attendees) from concept to completion.
- Expertise in event management software (e.g., Cvent, Bizzabo, or Salesforce).
- Exceptional negotiation and vendor management skills with an established network of high-end partners.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required by project scope.
- Impeccable communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams in high-pressure environments.
