You'll leverage cutting-edge tools and analytics to optimize our digital footprint across SEO, SEM, and social platforms, directly impacting our $50M ARR.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing
- Manage PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) with $500K+ monthly budgets, optimizing for ROAS and CPA
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, and marketing automation tools
- Lead A/B testing initiatives for landing pages, CTAs, and email sequences
- Collaborate with UX designers to optimize conversion funnels and user journeys
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and algorithm updates
- Present performance reports to stakeholders with actionable insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience with proven ROI on multi-channel campaigns
- Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and major social advertising platforms
- Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing automation (HubSpot/Marketo)
- Expertise in SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush) and content strategy
- Experience managing $250K+ annual marketing budgets
- Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or Meta Blueprint preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful campaign execution and growth metrics
