- Design and execute premium corporate events for 50-500+ attendees across NYC and international destinations
- Manage multi-million dollar event budgets with meticulous financial oversight
- Lead cross-functional teams of designers, vendors, and production specialists
- Develop innovative event tech integrations including AR/VR experiences and hybrid streaming solutions
- Forge strategic partnerships with luxury venues and A-list vendors
- Analyze post-event ROI metrics and optimize future experiences
- Mentor junior event coordinators through structured development programs
Qualifications
- 8+ years in corporate event management with $500K+ budget experience
- Proven track record producing 20+ large-scale events annually
- Certification in CMP or CSEP preferred
- Expertise in event tech platforms (Cvent, Aventri, Social Tables)
- Exceptional crisis management and contingency planning abilities
- Strong negotiation skills securing premium vendor contracts
- Advanced proficiency in project management software (Asana, Monday.com)
- Portfolio showcasing award-winning event designs
