Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated creative campaigns across digital, print, and experiential media
- Mentor a team of 5+ creatives through portfolio reviews and skill development sessions
- Collaborate with strategy and account teams to translate client briefs into compelling narratives
- Present creative concepts to C-level stakeholders and major brand partners
- Oversee production budgets and vendor relationships for high-profile projects
- Drive innovation in emerging formats like AR experiences and interactive installations
- Maintain creative excellence through competitive analysis and trend forecasting
Qualifications
- 8+ years in creative leadership with 3+ managing teams
- Portfolio demonstrating award-winning campaigns in digital/brand spaces
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion design tools
- Proven ability to translate business objectives into artistic vision
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Communications, or related field
- Experience pitching to Fortune 500 clients
- Deep understanding of media trends across social, film, and print
- Strong project management skills with PMP certification preferred
