Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute 15+ premium corporate events annually (conferences, product launches, galas)
- Manage $500K+ event budgets with meticulous financial oversight and ROI reporting
- Lead cross-functional teams including vendors, AV technicians, and marketing partners
- Develop innovative event tech integration (AR/VR, live streaming, interactive platforms)
- Conduct post-event analysis and optimize future experiences using data insights
- Negotiate contracts with venues, suppliers, and talent while maintaining quality standards
- Ensure ADA compliance and safety protocols across all event operations
Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive events management experience with $300K+ budgets
- Proven track record executing 50+ corporate events for C-suite audiences
- Certification in CMP (Certified Meeting Professional) or equivalent preferred
- Advanced proficiency in event tech platforms (Cvent, Aventri, Eventbrite)
- Exceptional vendor negotiation and crisis management skills
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ complex event case studies with measurable outcomes
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or Business Administration
