Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive multi-channel digital marketing strategies across SEM, Social, and Display.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize ROAS and CPA, reporting insights to senior leadership.
- Lead A/B testing initiatives for landing pages and ad creative to maximize conversion rates.
- Manage monthly budgets exceeding $100k, ensuring allocation efficiency across high-performing segments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional design and product teams to ensure brand consistency and messaging impact.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and algorithm updates, implementing proactive adjustments to stay competitive.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in high-growth digital marketing environments (Agency or SaaS experience preferred).
- Deep proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics 4.
- Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in SQL or data visualization tools like Looker/Tableau.
- Proven track record of managing substantial monthly ad spends with demonstrable growth outcomes.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to lead multiple complex campaigns simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related quantitative field.
