Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute 15+ premium events annually with budgets up to $500K
- Lead cross-functional teams including vendors, designers, and marketing partners
- Develop detailed project timelines, risk mitigation plans, and post-event ROI analysis
- Negotiate contracts with premium venues and suppliers to optimize budget allocation
- Oversee digital integration including hybrid event platforms and live streaming production
- Maintain client relationships through quarterly reviews and strategic growth planning
- Manage event technology stack including registration platforms and CRM systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years progressive experience in corporate/luxury events management
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation preferred
- Proven track record managing $250K+ budgets and teams of 10+ vendors
- Expertise in hybrid event production and virtual engagement strategies
- Advanced proficiency in Cvent, Bizzabo, or similar event management platforms
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with crisis management experience
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ high-profile event case studies
