In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the strategic direction of the resort, ensuring seamless operations while fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. You will serve as the face of the property, building relationships with high-profile guests and stakeholders alike.
Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Orchestrate the daily operations of the resort, ensuring all departmentsâfrom housekeeping to F&Bâfunction harmoniously and efficiently.
- Guest Experience: Spearhead initiatives to exceed guest expectations, personally handling VIP inquiries and resolving complex issues with grace and efficiency.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor a diverse workforce, conducting regular performance reviews and fostering a supportive, high-performance culture.
- Financial Oversight: Manage the annual budget, control labor costs, and drive revenue through strategic upselling and marketing initiatives.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor strict quality control standards to maintain the hotel's prestigious reputation and compliance with local regulations.
- Sustainability: Lead the resort's commitment to environmental sustainability, reducing waste and optimizing energy consumption.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelorâs degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years in hospitality management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role within a luxury resort or 5-star hotel.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of hotel operations, front office systems, and revenue management software.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in Mandarin is a strong advantage.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational change.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
