Are you a visionary hospitality leader with a passion for delivering world-class guest experiences? Azure Horizon Resorts & Spa, an iconic sanctuary nestled in the lush jungles of Ubud, is seeking a sophisticated General Manager to oversee our boutique luxury property.
As the face of our resort, you will orchestrate seamless operations, mentor a high-performing multicultural team, and ensure that every guest interaction reflects our commitment to elegance and Balinese hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Drive overall operational excellence and financial performance across all resort departments.
- Cultivate a culture of service excellence by coaching and developing senior management and line staff.
- Oversee annual budgeting, P&L management, and capital expenditure planning to maximize asset value.
- Maintain rigorous quality control standards to ensure 5-star guest satisfaction ratings.
- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to drive occupancy and high ADR.
- Foster strong relationships with local stakeholders and international travel partners.
- Ensure full compliance with local labor laws, health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8-10 years of senior leadership experience in 5-star luxury resorts or boutique hotels.
- Proven track record in managing international teams within the Southeast Asian hospitality market.
- Strong financial acumen, including experience with property management systems (PMS) and revenue management.
- Excellent proficiency in English; fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is a significant advantage.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Deep passion for sustainable tourism and authentic cultural immersion.
