Responsibilities
- Oversee daily resort operations including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and recreational facilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance guest satisfaction and increase occupancy rates
- Manage departmental budgets, inventory control, and cost optimization initiatives
- Lead staff training programs focusing on service excellence and cultural sensitivity
- Collaborate with marketing team to create compelling guest experiences and loyalty programs
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
- Monitor performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years luxury resort experience with 2+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record in revenue management and guest satisfaction optimization
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and P&L management
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in Opera PMS and hospitality management software
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages preferred
