You will be responsible for spearheading compliance initiatives, reducing environmental footprint, and ensuring every team member returns home safely.

Responsibilities
- Lead and implement comprehensive EHS programs across multiple facilities to ensure 100% regulatory compliance (OSHA, EPA).
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and execute corrective actions.
- Develop and deliver high-impact safety training sessions to promote a culture of proactive injury prevention.
- Manage environmental permits, waste management protocols, and emissions tracking to meet sustainability goals.
- Lead root-cause analysis investigations for any workplace incidents, providing actionable reports to senior leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement projects to reduce the company's carbon footprint and water usage.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies and internal audit teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of professional EHS experience in a high-hazard industrial or manufacturing setting.
- Professional certification such as CSP (Certified Safety Professional) or CHMM (Certified Hazardous Materials Manager) is highly preferred.
- Deep working knowledge of federal, state, and local environmental regulations (CFR 1910, 1926, etc.).
- Proven track record of building and maintaining effective safety management systems (ISO 45001/14001).
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and executive management.
- Strong technical proficiency in safety auditing software and data analytics.
