EcoCore Industrial Solutions is seeking a high-impact Senior EHS Manager to oversee our multi-facility safety programs. In this role, you will lead the charge in mitigating risk, ensuring environmental regulatory compliance, and driving a 'safety-first' culture across our high-performance manufacturing sites.
You will work directly with executive leadership to implement forward-thinking safety protocols that not only protect our people but also reduce our ecological footprint, positioning us as an industry leader in responsible manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive EHS strategies to achieve zero-incident operational excellence.
- Lead rigorous internal audits to ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and state-specific environmental regulations.
- Design and deliver interactive safety training programs to foster a proactive safety culture across all departments.
- Manage environmental permits, waste disposal protocols, and sustainability reporting metrics.
- Conduct deep-dive incident investigations and implement root-cause corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional project managers to integrate safety protocols into new facility infrastructure.
- Serve as the primary liaison with external regulatory agencies and emergency responders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or Engineering.
- Minimum 7+ years of progressive EHS experience in a high-hazard manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Professional certification such as CSP (Certified Safety Professional) or CIH (Certified Industrial Hygienist) preferred.
- Deep working knowledge of federal and Texas state environmental and safety regulations.
- Proven track record in driving cultural transformation and reducing TRIR (Total Recordable Incident Rate).
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable safety improvements.
- Strong leadership capability with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
