EcoCore Industrial Solutions is seeking a Senior EHS Manager to oversee our safety culture and environmental compliance initiatives. You will serve as the primary subject matter expert, ensuring our facilities adhere to complex regulatory requirements while fostering a culture of operational excellence and employee well-being.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive EHS strategic plans to ensure 100% regulatory compliance.
- Lead internal and external audits, including EPA, OSHA, and DOT reporting and inspections.
- Design and deliver high-impact safety training programs for site personnel at all levels.
- Manage incident investigations, root cause analysis, and the implementation of corrective actions.
- Oversee hazardous waste management and emissions monitoring programs.
- Partner with site leadership to drive continuous improvement in safety metrics and sustainability goals.
- Maintain current documentation for all EHS certifications and safety management systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or Engineering.
- Minimum 7+ years of progressive experience in an industrial or manufacturing EHS role.
- CSP (Certified Safety Professional) or CIH (Certified Industrial Hygienist) designation preferred.
- Deep working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and RCRA regulations.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive cultural change.
- Expertise in risk assessment, hazard mitigation, and emergency response planning.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in EHS data management software.
