Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in EHS within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • CSP (Certified Safety Professional) or CIH (Certified Industrial Hygienist) designation strongly preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local environmental and safety regulations.
  • Proven ability to influence organizational culture and lead change management initiatives.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making and performance metrics.
