Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive EHS strategies and management systems across multiple sites.
  • Conduct rigorous risk assessments and site audits to ensure 100% compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations.
  • Lead incident investigation processes, including root cause analysis and the implementation of corrective actions.
  • Design and deliver high-impact training programs to promote a zero-harm workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive EHS leadership experience in heavy industrial or manufacturing environments.
  • CSP (Certified Safety Professional) or CIH (Certified Industrial Hygienist) designation strongly preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local environmental and safety regulatory requirements.
  • Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive culture change.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in incident data management software.
