As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing deals with enterprise-level clients. You will leverage your deep understanding of the B2B landscape to build lasting relationships and demonstrate the value of our cutting-edge solutions.
Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within designated enterprise territories.
- Conduct in-depth discovery calls to understand client pain points and articulate how our solutions address their specific business challenges.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and tailored presentations to C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, ensuring pipeline visibility and forecast accuracy.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and customer success teams to optimize lead quality and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize customer lifetime value and expansion opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in B2B enterprise sales, preferably within the SaaS or technology sector.
- Demonstrated history of consistently exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Expert-level proficiency in CRM software, specifically Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pardot.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a consultative sales approach.
- Self-motivated and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a competitive, quota-carrying environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
