Responsibilities

  • Identify, cultivate, and close high-value partnerships with enterprise-level stakeholders.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from strategic prospecting to final contract negotiation.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to influence our roadmap based on client feedback.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive territory plans to exceed quarterly revenue quotas.
  • Conduct high-impact product demonstrations and technical deep-dives for C-suite decision-makers.
  • Maintain impeccable data hygiene within Salesforce to ensure accurate pipeline forecasting.
  • Mentorship and leadership of junior SDRs and BDRs to build a scalable sales culture.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of closing experience in B2B SaaS, specifically within the Enterprise space.
  • Demonstrated history of consistently achieving or exceeding quotas of $2M+ ARR.
  • Exceptional proficiency in MEDDIC, Challenger Sale, or similar consultative selling methodologies.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex organizational hierarchies and influence multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on executive presence.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate technical features into clear business value.
