Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to exceed annual revenue targets.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from high-level prospecting to contract negotiation.
- Build and nurture executive-level relationships with C-Suite decision-makers.
- Conduct high-impact product demonstrations and discovery sessions tailored to client pain points.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and product teams to refine our enterprise value proposition.
- Accurately forecast sales pipeline and maintain data integrity within Salesforce.
- Attend industry conferences and networking events to build brand presence.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of closing experience in SaaS or B2B enterprise software.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding a $1M+ annual quota.
- Expertise in navigating complex sales cycles involving legal, procurement, and technical stakeholders.
- Exceptional presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and sales engagement tools (SalesLoft/Outreach).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Ability to travel up to 25% for client meetings and regional events.
