Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to exceed annual recurring revenue (ARR) targets.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from strategic prospecting and discovery to complex negotiations and contract execution.
- Partner with internal Solutions Engineering and Product teams to align value propositions with prospect needs.
- Navigate C-level and VP-level relationships to secure long-term enterprise partnerships.
- Maintain a clean and accurate pipeline within Salesforce to ensure precise forecasting.
- Lead high-impact product demonstrations tailored to specific executive pain points.
- Attend industry conferences and networking events to build a robust referral network.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience selling enterprise SaaS solutions to Fortune 500 accounts.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding annual quotas of $2M+.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence executive-level stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MEDDIC or similar consultative sales methodologies.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to translate complex software concepts into tangible business ROI.
- Experience managing long-cycle enterprise negotiations (6-12 months).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
