Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to exceed annual recurring revenue (ARR) targets.
- Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial prospecting to contract closure.
- Conduct high-impact product demonstrations and value-based presentations for C-level executives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding.
- Maintain a clean and accurate pipeline within Salesforce to ensure predictable revenue forecasting.
- Network at industry conferences and regional events to build a robust brand presence.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, specifically selling to enterprise-level accounts.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding a $1M+ annual quota.
- Expertise in MEDDIC or Challenger sales methodologies.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills with an ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience negotiating complex multi-year contracts with Legal and Procurement departments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Ability to travel up to 25% for client meetings and industry events.
