Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to identify and penetrate high-value enterprise accounts.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline through a mix of prospecting, networking, and lead conversion.
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial discovery to contract negotiation and closing.
- Conduct high-impact product demonstrations tailored to executive-level pain points.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless implementation and long-term account growth.
- Maintain impeccable CRM data hygiene and accurate sales forecasting.
- Represent NexusFlow at industry conferences and exclusive executive networking events.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS enterprise sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quota.
- Demonstrated success selling complex software solutions to C-suite decision-makers.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Expertise in value-based selling methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger Sales).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-friendly, yet collaborative office environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Salesforce and modern sales enablement tools.
