Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to exceed annual sales targets.
- Identify, qualify, and nurture enterprise-level prospects through outbound prospecting and existing pipeline management.
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving C-suite executives and technical decision-makers.
- Conduct high-impact product demonstrations and value-based discovery sessions.
- Collaborate with internal Solution Engineering and Product teams to align offerings with client requirements.
- Negotiate complex contract terms, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Maintain accurate forecast hygiene within Salesforce to ensure predictable revenue outcomes.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B enterprise software or SaaS sales.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding a $2M+ annual quota.
- Deep understanding of the Challenger Sale methodology or similar complex selling frameworks.
- Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Strong experience using Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
