Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to exceed annual sales targets.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to complex negotiations and closing.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key stakeholders at major enterprises.
- Collaborate with pre-sales engineering and product teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Consistently maintain an accurate and healthy pipeline within Salesforce.
- Conduct high-impact product demonstrations and technical deep-dives.
- Stay abreast of market trends and competitive dynamics to maintain a strategic advantage.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, specifically in the Enterprise segment.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding a quota of $1.5M+ annually.
- Expertise in MEDDIC or Challenger sales methodologies.
- Exceptional ability to navigate complex organizational structures and multi-threaded deals.
- Strong command of CRM tools, specifically Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
