Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue: Identify, qualify, and close new enterprise-level opportunities within a defined territory.
- Manage the Pipeline: Maintain a robust pipeline through proactive prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
- Client Relations: Build and nurture deep relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Deal Strategy: Develop and execute strategic account plans to navigate complex sales cycles and overcome objections.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing and Product teams to refine value propositions and sales collateral.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of successful B2B sales experience, specifically in SaaS or Enterprise software.
- Track Record: Proven history of exceeding quarterly and annual sales quotas (OTE experience required).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex solutions simply.
- CRM Proficiency: Advanced user of Salesforce or HubSpot CRM.
- Autonomy: Self-starter with the ability to work independently while collaborating within a team.
