Responsibilities
- Drive the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to multi-million dollar contract negotiation.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to penetrate key Fortune 500 prospects.
- Conduct high-impact executive presentations and product demonstrations tailored to specific business pain points.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date forecasting within Salesforce to ensure predictable revenue growth.
- Mentor junior sales talent to foster a winning team culture.
- Stay ahead of market trends to provide competitive insights to leadership.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B Enterprise SaaS sales with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
- Demonstrated success navigating complex procurement processes and legal negotiations.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills with an ability to influence C-level decision-makers.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to articulate complex software solutions clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Deep expertise in CRM software, specifically Salesforce and sales enablement tools like Outreach.io.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time to support key enterprise account meetings.
