Responsibilities
- Drive the full sales cycle for complex enterprise software solutions.
- Identify and engage key decision-makers (C-Suite, VPs) through strategic outbound efforts.
- Conduct discovery sessions to uncover critical business challenges and map them to our value proposition.
- Lead high-impact product demonstrations and technical deep dives.
- Manage sophisticated contract negotiations and coordinate with legal and finance departments.
- Maintain a clean and accurate sales pipeline within Salesforce.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams to ensure seamless implementation and long-term client retention.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, six-figure deal cycles.
- Expertise in value-based selling methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger Sale).
- Exceptional executive presence and communication skills.
- Strong background in navigating multi-threaded organizations and building internal champions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
