Responsibilities
- Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signature for enterprise accounts.
- Conduct high-level discovery calls with C-suite executives and technical decision-makers.
- Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to penetrate target enterprise organizations.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to specific business pain points.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to provide market feedback and drive feature alignment.
- Consistently exceed aggressive quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Manage complex contract negotiations and oversee the successful transition to Customer Success.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales (B2B SaaS preferred).
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding a quota of $1M+ ARR.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for executive-level presentations.
- Deep understanding of the modern cloud technology ecosystem and enterprise IT procurement cycles.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce and sales intelligence tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
