Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic sales plan for assigned enterprise territories.
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle, including prospecting, discovery, demo, and contract negotiation.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key stakeholders at prospect organizations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Marketing teams to align messaging with customer needs.
- Exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets consistently.
- Maintain high-accuracy forecasting in Salesforce to provide visibility to leadership.
- Drive account expansion and identify cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales with a proven track record of hitting quotas.
- Deep understanding of the B2B sales cycle and complex contract negotiations.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills for executive audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to translate complex features into business value.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outreach automation tools.
