Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Outreach: Identify, research, and engage decision-makers within target Fortune 500 accounts to qualify leads and set high-value meetings.
- Demo Delivery: Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations that articulate the value proposition of our platform to stakeholders.
- Closing: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including negotiation, contract management, and closing deals to meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce, ensuring pipeline health and forecasting accuracy.
- Stakeholder Management: Build long-term relationships with key accounts and serve as a trusted advisor to clients.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, specifically in the SaaS or Enterprise software industry.
- Track Record: A documented history of consistently exceeding sales quotas and targets.
- CRM Proficiency: Advanced proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM software.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to executive audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills with a focus on win-win outcomes.
