Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end sales cycle for enterprise-level clients, from prospecting to contract signature.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue growth and market share.
- Conduct high-stakes negotiations and contract reviews to secure favorable terms.
- Maintain a robust pipeline using Salesforce CRM, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Customer Success teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Represent Apex Innovations at major industry conferences and networking events.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior sales representatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, specifically within the SaaS or Enterprise software industry.
- Proven history of consistently exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Expert proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM platforms.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and sales data.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
