Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory plan to exceed annual recurring revenue (ARR) targets.
- Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial discovery to contract negotiation and closing.
- Conduct high-impact product demonstrations and strategic presentations for C-level executives and VPs.
- Collaborate with pre-sales engineering and customer success teams to ensure a seamless implementation experience.
- Maintain an accurate and robust pipeline within Salesforce, providing transparent forecasting to leadership.
- Represent NexusFlow at industry conferences and executive briefings to build brand authority.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their business objectives and aligning our platform to their specific challenges.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of direct enterprise-level software sales experience (SaaS preferred).
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota in a high-growth environment.
- Deep understanding of complex sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Challenger, or SPIN).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to articulate software value propositions to non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Ability to travel up to 25% for client meetings and industry events.
