Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to exceed annual recurring revenue (ARR) targets.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial discovery to contract negotiation and closing.
- Cultivate relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers across diverse enterprise accounts.
- Partner with Sales Engineering to conduct high-impact product demonstrations and proof-of-concept projects.
- Maintain high-level CRM hygiene and provide accurate weekly sales forecasting.
- Lead strategic account planning sessions to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Attend industry conferences and networking events to drive brand presence and lead generation.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS enterprise sales with a track record of exceeding quotas.
- Demonstrated success managing complex, long-cycle sales processes with deal sizes exceeding $100k.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MEDDIC or Challenger Sales methodology.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive account strategy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
