Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for Fortune 500 prospects.
- Conduct high-impact product demonstrations and technical deep dives for C-suite stakeholders.
- Maintain a robust pipeline in Salesforce and provide accurate monthly/quarterly forecasting.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to influence the product roadmap based on client feedback.
- Negotiate complex contracts and MSA agreements to maximize deal value.
- Mentor junior sales associates and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS sales with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
- Deep understanding of the modern cloud stack and enterprise architecture.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Ability to travel up to 20% for client meetings and industry events.
- Strategic thinker with a 'hunter' mindset and exceptional time management skills.
