Responsibilities
- Drive New Business: Identify, qualify, and close new enterprise-level opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Full-Cycle Sales: Manage the entire sales lifecycle from initial prospecting and discovery calls to contract negotiation and closing.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to drive upsells and renewals.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with Marketing and Product teams to refine our value proposition and go-to-market strategy.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in B2B enterprise sales, specifically within the SaaS or technology sector.
- Track Record: Demonstrated history of consistently exceeding sales quotas and revenue goals.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex value propositions to diverse audiences.
- CRM Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms.
- Autonomy: Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
