Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to demo and contract negotiation.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting and leveraging marketing leads.
- Conduct high-level presentations and product demonstrations for C-suite and VP-level stakeholders.
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to penetrate large-scale enterprise organizations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment.
- Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Manage complex contract negotiations to maximize deal value and contract length.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
- Deep understanding of the Challenger Sales methodology or similar consultative frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex organizational structures and multi-stakeholder environments.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce) and modern sales intelligence tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a high degree of business acumen.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
